// WHAT YOU'LL MASTER

Three flagship tracks. One certified credential.

Week 1 builds the foundation — Activity Codes and UDFs, the schedule DNA. Week 2 teaches you to see your schedule with multi-criteria filters. Week 3 teaches you to audit change with forensic baseline analysis. Week 4 you take the live exam and earn certification.

Activity Codes Mastery

Global, EPS and Project codes. Hierarchical structures. The naming conventions that scale across multi-billion-pound programmes. (Track 1)

UDFs — Five Types, One System

Text, Number, Cost, Date, Indicator UDFs. The decision tree that picks the right one every time. The 8 UDFs every nuclear-grade schedule has. (Track 1)

Multi-Criteria Filters

Every parameter, every operator, every option in P6's Activity, Resource and Role filter dialogs — properly explained, no hand-waving. (Track 2)

Baseline Workflows

Save-as-baseline AND convert-another-project-as-baseline. The professional workflows for governance-ready, audit-grade baselines. (Track 3)

Forensic Audit Toolkit

Detect activities silently added or deleted between two data dates. Catch Global Change baseline corruption before your variance numbers lie. (Track 3)

Certified Trooper Status

Pass the live capstone exam in Week 4 and earn certification. LinkedIn-ready, interview-ready, recruiter-recognised. The credential that says you've actually done the work. (Capstone)

// THE 4-WEEK SCHEDULE

Four Thursday evenings. Twelve hours. One certified credential.

Each Thursday: 8:00–11:00pm BST live with Dr Francis. Three intensive workshops plus a live capstone exam. Pre-work modules drop on the Sunday before each session — work through them at your own pace, then arrive Thursday ready to build, audit and certify.

// WEEK 1 · TRACK 1 · FOUNDATION
Activity Codes & UDFs
Thu 28 May 2026
8:00 – 11:00 PM BST · 3 HRS LIVE

The foundation everything else builds on. Master Activity Codes (Global, EPS and Project) and User-Defined Fields (Text, Number, Cost, Date, Indicator) so that the Filters and Baseline forensics in Weeks 2 and 3 actually work on your project schedule.

Activity Codes — Global, EPS, Project. The three flavours, three different scopes, when to use which.
Hierarchical structures — naming conventions that scale across multi-billion-pound programmes.
UDFs — five types — Text, Number, Cost, Date, Indicator. The decision tree for picking the right one.
The 8 UDFs every nuclear-grade schedule has — cost, deliverable, contractor, risk-flag indicators.
Excel-import workflows — assigning codes and UDFs at scale without breaking grouping.
Live build exercise — design a real coding structure for a £50m programme.

Filter Mastery
Thu 4 June 2026
8:00 – 11:00 PM BST · 3 HRS LIVE

Now that you have the coding foundation, build the filters that actually work. Multi-criteria logic, AND/OR brackets, UDFs and codes powering filters tailored to your project, plus Resource and Role filters most planners never touch.

The Filter Dialog — every parameter, every operator, every option, properly explained.
Multi-criteria logic — AND/OR brackets that turn three filters into one elegant view.
Code-powered filters — applying the codes from Week 1 inside filter criteria.
UDF-powered filters — applying the UDFs from Week 1 inside filter criteria.
Resource & Role Filters — beyond activity filters, into assignment-level analysis.
4-Week Look-Ahead capstone — build a real lookahead view live in P6.
8 PRE-WORK MODULES 31 EXERCISES FILTER WORKBOOK
// WEEK 3 · TRACK 3 · FORENSICS
Baseline Mastery
Thu 11 June 2026
8:00 – 11:00 PM BST · 3 HRS LIVE

The week that separates senior planners from junior ones. Use the codes, UDFs and filters from Weeks 1 and 2 to build a forensic baseline audit toolkit — the skill that exposes contractor schedule gaming during EOT submissions.

Save-as & Convert workflows — both methods, with governance and audit trail differences.
Multiple baselines — the naming convention that survives audit.
Forensic audit ⭐ — detect activities silently added or deleted between data dates.
The Global Change trap — how it corrupts baselines, how to detect it, how to recover.
Variance analysis — the 5 critical variance views every planner should have saved.
Live audit memo — produce a forensic audit memo that holds up in EOT submissions.

// WHO IT'S FOR

Two kinds of planner — both welcome.

Whether you're early in your career and need the foundational toolkit, or you've been faking your way through filter dialogs and baseline variances for years, there's a path through this programme that fits.

EARLY CAREER

Building the foundation

You use P6 but never properly learned codes, UDFs, filters or baselines. You click "All Activities" and hope. You think "baseline" means "the original schedule" and stop there.

  • Graduate planners entering the industry
  • QS professionals transitioning to planning
  • Engineers adding P6 to their skillset
  • Anyone preparing for their first planning interview
SHARPENING UP

Levelling up to forensic-grade

You know the basics but want the advanced toolkit — coded UDFs, multi-criteria filters, baseline forensic auditing, Global Change traps, and the techniques that hold up in EOT submissions.

  • Experienced planners wanting structured revision
  • Planners preparing for senior interviews
  • Team leads who mentor junior planners
  • Delay analysts wanting forensic baseline skills

This is not for you if...

  • You've never opened P6 Professional before — take a P6 basics course first
  • You want resource loading, earned value or risk training — different course
  • You want 1:1 coaching or CV review — different product entirely
  • You need CPD points this month — accreditation arrives from Cohort 3 onwards

Dr Francis Osadare
YOUR INSTRUCTOR · 12+ YEARS NUCLEAR PLANNING

Dr Francis A. Osadare

Practising nuclear construction planner on a top UK nuclear power programme and founder of P6 Pro Academy. Across multiple cohorts I've trained planners from over 30 countries and placed graduates into roles paying £45K to £75K within months of completion.

P6 Pro Foundations exists because the three skills every working planner needs — codes, filters and baselines — are exactly the three skills mainstream P6 training does worst. Four Thursday evenings. Twelve hours of live teaching. Twenty-four pre-work modules. Ninety-four exercises. One live capstone exam. By the end you'll be a certified Trooper — because you'll have done the work.

"If you can't code your schedule, you can't filter it properly. If you can't filter it properly, you can't audit your baselines. Codes, filters, baselines — that's the foundation. I built this masterclass for the planner I was ten years ago — the one no-one bothered to teach properly."

// FULL & PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIPS

Cost shouldn't be the reason you don't level up.

Each cohort I reserve a small number of seats for planners who genuinely cannot afford it — students, recent graduates, career-changers, and planners in countries where the FX makes £149 difficult. Two-paragraph application. No essays.

// FAQ

The honest answers.

Four consecutive Thursdays — 28 May, 4 June, 11 June, 18 June 2026 — from 8:00pm to 11:00pm BST. Three hours of live teaching with Dr Francis each Thursday. Pre-work modules drop on the Sunday before each session so you arrive ready to build live in P6. Week 4 is a live capstone exam plus review and certification. All sessions are recorded.
A 90-minute live, open-book, timed exam against a real (anonymised) project schedule, applying everything from Weeks 1–3. You'll build coding structures, write multi-criteria filters, and run a forensic baseline audit — all live in P6. Then 90 minutes of group review where Dr Francis walks through every answer, peer benchmarking, and Certified Trooper status awarded to those who pass. Open-book means you can use your three workbooks during the exam.
Every session is recorded and available within 48 hours. You can catch up on your own time. The exception is the Week 4 capstone exam — you must attend that live to earn Certified Trooper status. If you genuinely can't attend Week 4, you can defer to the next cohort's exam, or settle for a completion certificate without the certification.
Because skills you've never been tested on are skills you don't really have. Three workshops build the toolkit; the capstone exam proves you can use it under pressure. That's what Certified Trooper status means — and that's why this masterclass is worth more than any pre-recorded course.
Yes. Oracle Primavera P6 Professional is a separate licence. You can use a version you have through work, an Oracle Learning Subscription, or the free 30-day Oracle trial. Any version from 15.2 onwards works. We'll give you full setup instructions in the welcome pack.
You should be comfortable navigating the P6 Activities view and have opened the Filters and Maintain Baselines dialogs at least once. You don't need to be an expert — this masterclass is designed for early-career planners through to mid-level professionals sharpening up. Week 1 (Codes & UDFs) starts from foundations.
Not yet for Cohort 1. We're applying for APM and CIOB accreditation after Cohort 2. Cohort 3 (Q4 2026) onwards should carry up to 12 CPD points across the masterclass. Cohort 1 learners receive Certified Trooper status but not CPD credit.
Full refund within 7 days of attending the Week 1 session, no questions asked. After Week 1, partial refunds are considered case-by-case. No refunds after Week 3 or after sitting the Week 4 exam.
All four Thursdays are 8:00pm to 11:00pm BST (British Summer Time) — that's 7:00pm to 10:00pm UTC. Use timeanddate.com to convert. Recordings cover anyone whose time zone makes the live session difficult, but the Week 4 capstone exam must be attended live.
Yes. Invoice arrangements for company payments are welcome. Email enrol@thetruetroop.com for an invoice to your accounts payable team. The £149 price point typically falls under line-manager-level training approval, which speeds things up.
Design and assign Activity Codes (Global, EPS, Project) and User-Defined Fields for any P6 schedule. Build, manage and apply Activity, Resource and Role Filters with multi-criteria logic. Create and assign baselines using both Save-as-Copy and Convert-Another-Project methods. Run a Forensic Baseline Audit to detect added, deleted and silently-changed activities. Identify when Global Change has corrupted baseline data. Produce audit memos that hold up in EOT submissions. And you'll have proven all of it under live exam conditions to earn Certified Trooper status.
// COHORT 1 CLOSES WED 27 MAY

Four Thursdays from now you could be a Certified Trooper.

Or you could still be clicking "All Activities" and squinting at variance columns you don't fully trust. Your call.
