Refund policy.

If P6 Pro Foundations isn't right for you, you should be able to get your money back. Here's exactly when and how.

The 7-day full-refund window

If you decide within 7 days of attending Session 1 that the course isn't for you, email us at enrol@thetruetroop.com and we'll refund you in full. No essays, no interrogations, no "are you sure?" loops.

After the 7-day window

Between Day 8 and Session 3, partial refunds are considered case-by-case. If you've completed less than half the modules and have a genuine reason (work change, health, family), we'll typically refund 50%. If you've completed most of the course, we won't refund — you've effectively had the value.

After Session 3

Once Session 3 has been delivered or you've submitted the capstone workbook, no refunds are available. By that point you've received the full delivery.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days. Bank transfer refunds typically arrive within 2 working days; card refunds within 5 working days.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a cohort for any reason, every enrolled student receives a full refund within 7 days, plus first refusal on the next cohort at the same price.

Chargebacks

Please email us before raising a card chargeback. We will refund any legitimate request quickly. Chargebacks raised without contacting us first incur administrative fees from our payment processor that we may pass on.
