What we collect
When you fill in the enrolment form or any contact form on this site, we collect:
- Your name and email address (required)
- Your phone number, country, company and P6 experience level (where you provide them)
- Your message or stated learning goals (where you provide them)
When you simply visit the site, we may collect basic technical data through Netlify (our hosting provider) such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed. This is used for security and performance, not advertising.
Why we collect it
- To process your course enrolment and send payment instructions
- To deliver course materials, Zoom links and certificates
- To respond to enquiries you send us
- To send occasional Trooper updates if you opt in to marketing
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in Netlify Forms (USA, GDPR-compliant). If you opt in to marketing, your details are also added to GoHighLevel (USA), our CRM. Both are reputable providers operating under standard contractual clauses for international data transfer.
How long we keep it
We keep enrolment data for the duration of the course plus seven years (for accounting). Marketing list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Form spam and dead enquiries are deleted within 30 days.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Email us at enrol@thetruetroop.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
