Terms of service.
Reasonable terms for a reasonable masterclass. P6 Pro Mastery is delivered by The True Troop Consulting Ltd. By enrolling you agree to these terms.
1. The course
P6 Pro Mastery is a 4-week live masterclass consisting of three workshop tracks (Activity Codes & UDFs, Filter Mastery, and Baseline Mastery) plus a live capstone exam: 24 modules, 94 hands-on exercises, 12 hours of live teaching across four Thursday evenings (8–11pm BST), and three training workbooks. The cohort starts on the date stated at the time of your enrolment. We reserve the right to reschedule a single live session by up to 7 days if there is a genuine clash; recordings will always be made available.
2. Enrolment and payment
Your seat is confirmed once payment is received. Payment instructions are emailed within an hour of enrolment submission and your seat is held for 48 hours from that email. After 48 hours, unpaid seats are released to the waitlist. Company invoices are accepted; standard payment terms are 14 days from invoice date.
3. What you receive
- Lifetime access to all 8 course modules
- All 31 auto-graded exercises
- Three live Zoom sessions (recordings available 60 days post-cohort)
- Two training workbooks (PDF) — one for each track
- Access to the WhatsApp cohort community for the duration of the course
- Certificate of completion (subject to completion of all capstone exercises)
4. What you need to bring
You are responsible for your own copy of Oracle Primavera P6 Professional (we recommend the free Oracle 30-day trial if you don't have a work licence). You also need a stable internet connection for the live sessions and the ability to attend or watch recordings.
5. Intellectual property
All course materials — videos, workbooks, exercises, layouts, templates — are the intellectual property of The True Troop Consulting Ltd. You may use them freely for your own learning and on your own projects. You may not redistribute, resell or train AI models on the materials without written permission.
6. Refunds
See our refund policy for full details. The short version: full refund within 7 days of Session 1, no questions asked.
7. Conduct
The cohort WhatsApp group is for course-related discussion. Spam, harassment or off-topic promotion will result in removal from the group without refund. Be the kind of Trooper you'd want to learn alongside.
8. Limitation of liability
This is a training course, not professional advice. Decisions you make on real projects based on what you learn here are your own. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
